Before applying microcement base is necessary to prepare the surface depending on the conditions of application support. Certain preparations need specific solutions: fiberglass mesh,  Primer , vapor barriers or barriers Damp Impoxy.

You need to add the resin in the recommended proportions. To observe the relationship between microcement and resin. 

 Microbase 10kg. → 3.0 liters of royal resin.

In a standard application performance is:

Microbase (3 coats) → 3.00 kg / m2.

The yield depends on the medium to be coated.

A better leveling and preparing the surface to be coated, higher yields and lower cost material will be obtained.

Application of the hands of preparation: Depending on the type of application support, apply one or two coats of Microbase by trowel. Always on the ground and coated with two coats high flexible fiber mesh.

As the material is dry (it has changed tonality lighter), and before the application of microcements of Microtraffic and Microfinishing, sand with roto-orbital (sandpaper grain 100) sander to remove burrs and imperfections.
